What do I do?

  • Providing premier customer service by greeting and maintaining friendly conversations with customers
  • Tendering a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, checks and EBT
  • Bagging customer orders making sure that each bag is optimally bagged to meet the store policy and customer's needs
  • Cross-training into Customer Service Staff
    • Managing the front end of the store at night ensuring a smooth closing every night
    • Handling questions and concerns from customers both in person and over the phone.
    • Cashing out and distributing NC lottery for customers
    • Processing Money Services for customers which includes Western Union money orders, pickups and transfers along with check cashing.
