What do I do?

  • Providing premier customer service by greeting and maintaining friendly conversations with customers
  • Tendering a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, checks and EBT
  • Cross-training into Customer Service Staff
    • Managing the front end of the store to ensure a smooth and consistent procedure to adhere to company policy and customer expectation.
    • Handling questions and concerns from customers and distributing returns as needed.
    • Cashing out and distributing NC lottery for customers
    • Processing Money Services for customers which includes Western Union money orders, pickups and transfers along with check cashing. Involves adhering to federal regulations and being observant to suspicious activity.
